I think Westbrook gets too much shit tbh. I will agree that last game Durant was rolling so keep feeding him more but that said Westbrook made key baskets himself and is fearless not to mention one of the reasons why they got this far. So he deserves some flack just not as much as people are giving him and Magic Johnson saying Blue shit like that was the worst he ever seen a star PG play in the playoffs when he damn near had a triple double.

I agree, what Magic said was fucking dumb.

So last night Westbrook toned it down... and the Thunder still lost. You wanna know what also happened last night? LeBron James guarded Kevin Durant. And he shut him down. Holding him to 4 pts in the fourth quarter. If LeBron had guarded Durant in Game 1, I guarantee you we'd be on the verge of a sweep tomorrow night.

I will admit thought that had Durant not had 4 fouls last night the game would've been closer. The refs themselves don't give him the superstar respect that D-Wade, LeBron, Kobe, etc. get yet so he'll be called on a lot of bullshit.

Feeling sorry for Westbrook as he played amazing but fucked up with the foul which will over shadow it.

Same. That foul was his fault, but there were other opportunities earlier in the game for OKC to capitalize on, and they didn't.

Scott Brooks said he didn't tell his team about the clock in the post game. The clock reset to 5 but was at 0.8 when the jump bal happened. Coaches have to hammer that shit in and not say oh my bad too. Westbrook looked like he thought Miami had the ball with no clock after Battier knocked it from Durants hands

That said the MVP is easily Harden. Miami must be paying him well because he sucks ass on both ends and is the real reason OKC is losing and Miami is winning. He ain't scoring, ain't defending, ain't playmaking, and turns the ball over like a whore

Makes me laugh even more that befor the series on espn radio la Magic told mason and Ireland Harden was the best SG in the league. - Ireland "better than Kobe, Wade, and Manu?" Magic "yeah and he will only get better" - I laughed my ass off in the car listening to that shit

Kinda happy that Lebron will finally get his ring. Hopefully some of the haters start shutting the fuck up, I doubt it though.

Same. I think he deserves it and his work this year has been great. You can't be a basketball fan and hate Lebron, he's one of the best players no matter what jersey he is wearing. People are probably still gonna say "the refs helped him get that ring" blah blah fucking blah. Is it the refs fault that the Heat came back from a 17 POINT LEAD in 5 minutes? No it's not. The Heat are better than OKC.

He's getting a ring tomorrow (or today) and people need to get over it. :Kane:

oh and FUCK you Fisher. You're not getting more rings than KING KOBE.

Despite being a long time Heat fan since the Mourning- Hardaway days, I'm not going to get emotional about seeing my team win a championship. It's obviously awesome considering how much the Falcons let me down in the playoffs and Tottenham (soccer or english football whatever you call it) let me down as well, so its nice to see one of my teams finally win the big one. I'm not going to have tears of joy but it will be great to hear the LeBron jokes finally end and the wait is over. I'll be drinking heavily to celebrate but it will be more of just clapping and saying "YES" than being like 'oh my god, they say we couldn't do" like a sixteen year old girl at her sweet sixteen. It was an impressive playoff performances though when you think about it. They could have been finished against Indiana but they fought back and won the series in a flash. Then after that Game 5 loss against Boston, you thought its all over for Miami. They are a very resilient team and you have to give them props for that.

I'm not ruling out the Thunder coming back to win a game in this series or even two, but I think Miami is on a roll right now and will finish them off tonight. I'll be a bit worried if the series has to go back to OKC. Then again at least Miami can win it on the Oklahoma City home court just like a true heel team would! :DB:

Mike Miller picked until right now to use the hot tub time machine ... OKC is fucked.

Shit went downhill after the bs flagrant on Fish, but yeah Miami earned this

Miami earned this and one person in particular LeBron James. He's finally gonna get a ring especially with his outstanding work this past year.

They were on fire before and the game got blown wide open.

And in the next couple days on ESPN... the debate will begin... should there be an asterisk since it was a shortened season.

Ya know its gonna happen.
