Kofi Kingston won the IC title at Night of Champions on June 29th 2008 from Chris Jericho. He lost the belt to Santino Marella at Summerslam on August 17th 2008 in a intergender tag match with the Women's title also on the line. He won his 2nd IC title on May 23rd 2010 at Over The Limit from Drew McIntyre. He lost the belt to Dolph Ziggler on the August 6th 2010 episode of Smackdown. Kofi won his 3rd IC title on the January 7th 2011 episode of Smackdown for Ziggler. He lost the belt on the March 25th 2011 Episode of Smackdown to Wade Barrett.

Dolph Ziggler won the IC title on the August 6th 2010 episode of Smackdown from Kofi Kingston. He lost the belt to Kingston on the January 7th 2011 episode of Smackdown

I'm going Ziggler here, he is great on the mic and has Vickie to help distract and put him over as a heel even more. Kofi hasn't been on the mic much, my only memory is his Orton feud.

Ziggler is better in the ring to me and works a match better than Kofi. Ziggler's my vote here.

Both are great young talents but I went with Ziggler. Kingston I like but I don't think that any of his title reigns stood out that much. His first win was a surprise but besides that they were pretty standard title reigns. Ziggler on the other hand he went much further with the title and actually grew with the title so much that he moved right into the mainevent on Smackdown after dropping it.

I will agree that having Vickie around added to Ziggler as champion, but as you know I don't rate the guy, and find Kofi much more exciting, so that is where my vote went.

Both have great upside and should only become start being money years from now.

I'll go with Ziggler.

Went with Kofi but it was tough. His first reign came out of nowhere and was a huge surprise. He had some very solid matches with McIntyre and Ziggler in the other two reigns.
