also yeh u can do power hits n shit, assuming my damage caps at 3 with a kick at accuracy caps at 90 or tv it was since i was boosting it

Let me put it this way: Kicks are good for when you don't have weapons or enemies are low on health since they deal a low amount of damage and can always hit. However weapons are better (even despite lower hit-rates) for lessening the amount of damage one will take in combat and ending fights quicker.
