The only way I can see this being a co-scum interaction is if Haza botched the claim all by himself and Odo immediately took advantage of the situation.

Ok, but you're saying I could be co-scum with haza for even flimsier reasons, considering I pushed him hard day 1, and only reason I got off of him is because of Odo starting a mitch wagon AFTER I had sussed mitch. I can easily see Odo manipulating me here knowing I'd follow him there. I don't think this clears Odo at all if it doesn't clear me too

In all honesty, if we're clearing Big Man off of setup spec and we can trust the card, Smark should use it on Jeff, I think it's more likely that Jeff and Haza went "dude, the current tier 1s like to bus the fuck out of each other as co-scum, let's totally try that" than Haza fucking up the claim on his own and Odo immediately pouncing on it.
