Rumors are going around that Mike Bennett and his wife Maria are on the verge of signing with WWE and getting moved to the SmackDown Live roster.

That would be amazing. I find his in-ring, and on-the-mic work to be nice and sleek for a guy who's had very little national TV exposure. I do hope they sign, but going straight to SmackDown sounds like a far fetch. I doubt that's the case, but if it is, it would be very hard for Mike to get ahead of the pack unless they strap a push to him. What'd you all think?

The only reason I can see for them going straight to SDLive is if they really want Maria to cap off the women's division.

Mike could really benefit from NXT, so I'd rather they go to NXT.

NXT.

NXT has been a safety net, of sorts, for new talent. Keeps them from being obscured at a relentless rate on the main roster. Though some eventually become nobodies, there's always a building block that can be put down at any time. Zayn and Neville are examples of that.

She rarely wrestles, but she is usually featured heavily as an onscreen character. SDLive may want that.

I agree they should go to NXT tho. Maria could totes do her leader of the women angle down there.
