Yeah he'll return just fine, he's only had 3 total so if that's true he can probably go through about 2 or 3 more before he should consider retiring..

It's pretty much common knowledge that after 7 concussions you should not participate in any full contact sport or any sport where a concussion is the most likely of an injury to happen.
All it takes is one bad one. There's no set number, I'm not sure where you got that information from.

It's just an average number throughout an athletic career (including Middle School athletics).. And usually if a concussion is really bad there's more to it such as bleeding in the brain from the impact or bruising.. a standard concussion is just the brain and the tip of the stem it's connected to moving.. 5-7 is usually the magic number

You are saying people keep their careers even after their brain bleeds? Im having a hard time following that.

They certainly can. There have been plenty of athletes. Specifically in football and hockey that have had to retire because of post concussion syndrome. Not to mention it was the reason Bret hart was forced to retire.
Hart didn't retire because of a concussion, he retired because he suffered a stroke... Not the same... And yeah, some had to retire because of concussions, as I said and you quoted...

Not trying to be a dick, but they usually don't change your personality nor your abilities...
