WWE's Raw and SD ratings in Mexico after the Sin Cara press conference in comparison to that of AAA and CMLL after it

pwinsider.com

Smackdown 9.6
RAW 9.3

CMLL 2.6
AAA 2.8

I can just picture Vince kicking back in his chair, rubbing his hands together with dollar signs in his eyes after seeing those ratings.

They normally get 6's to 7's according to Super Lucha while the other two lost a 3rd of their audiences which is normally close to 4. WWE is the bigger company now but mistico helped them increase that audience after his press conference.

* I remember years ago that SD got an 8 or something with the Rey v Chavo I Quit episode where they edited the tale to have them main event like they used to do with Khali in India

It will be interesting to see their buys with mistico on the card since Mexico already has more buys than the non-US countries

If they do Rey vs Cara on PPV that will be like Mexico's as Pac vs Mayweather or some shit since the guy is that big a deal as is Rey to them.

Pretty crazy though that he made that much of a difference in the ratings.

Do a ppv in Mexico like they used to do in Puerto Rico with NYR and Rebellion in the UK, and I bet the environment would be WM like

That would be pretty cool has been a while since they did that. If there was ever a time to do it in Mexico this will be the time. With the big deal this guy is almost somewhat surprised they didn't try to go ahead and plan his debut match at mania against somebody.

Sin Cara was scheduled to begin wrestling training in Los Angeles, California with WWE developmental wrestler Peter Orlov (a/k/a Alex Koslov) since he has experience working Lucha Libre style wrestling as well as WWE's style of wrestling.

Orlov will also be used as a stand-in and "opponent" when they film Cara in the ring performing high-flying maneuvers for his entrance video and introductory vignettes since WWE has no footage of him that they can legally use.

Makes sense and I could see this getting Orlov called up to the main roster as well a bit after Mistico gets the call up.
