So who on the roster is the JTG? The one who has been employed forever but doesn't do anything but also doesn't get released now? :lol

In all honesty i think Mojo has some potential i think in the ring he is athletic enough and with some better mic work he could be someone worth the under/midcard of a company.

I want this Joe back.

Joe vs Brock was TIGHT. I wanted him to win so bad, he felt legitimate. Crowd was all over it, too. One of the best talkers in the business, you could tell Brock liked working with him.

In all seriousness, I wasn’t a big fan but hope Mojo lands on his feet somewhere

I found it hilarious how they had Mojo win the battle royal just to give Gronk a role

TBH news like this just shows how disingenuous some wrestling fans can be. They don't ever talk about these people then the moment they get released, it's like 'fuck WWE for not using them correctly!' lol, when they never supported the wrestler to begin with :lol

Sucks for Joe and Billie/Peyton though. Esp Billie, she was really coming into her own as a comedy character, the resume gimmick was great, I'll miss it.

For sure. When I was lurking Twitter earlier, some users were literally out for blood like "Oh, but this person is still employed?" and "Hopefully X is next!"

I mean this is people and their jobs we are talking about, not everybody is a big name like Samoa Joe that is practically guaranteed to get an offer. Some of these lesser known names might have to hang it up completely.

I also think it was pretty gross of WWE to do it on the same day as last year apparently.

I just find it funny that you think the guy has potential to unlock and it still might only get him to the midcard when it feels like he's been around forever.

Definitely not a guy any of the top companies should be courting, unless you're trying to get Gronk :lmao

Really cause he seems to been never in midcard but lowercard and tag team division was he ever given a single title run? No.

I never got the appeal of Mojo, but I genuinely hate to see wrestlers out of a job. I'm not a big fan of these days where they cut so many people from the roster all at once. Obviously some are happier to leave WWE than others, but yeah.

My whole point was if he has potential to unlock and you think it might get him to the midcard at best, you should probably look elsewhere for a talent to invest in.

WWE release performers they have nothing for the same time every year since the stock was opened.....this is done with every company with a stock option....you release workers with no tenure(which is why wrestlers are independent contractors) put the money they save on payroll to pad the income and your investors are told "look at how much we made this year"....

It's done by all the big corporations.....
