WWE Raw thread, May 11, 2020: MITB fallout

That whole opening segment was awesome, Asuka’s reaction is what made it for me. From her dancing all around with the championship, to her reacting to Becky saying that she’s going to be a mother.

I loved the Broken Messiah too, Seth was great last night.

The IIconics returning last night also made me extremely happy, I had the biggest smile on my face when I heard their music hit.

That was what I was thinking too, becky being injured would be an easy and believable lie so that's probably what they told Asuka if she didn't know

Yeah that felt like a genuine moment between Asuka and Becky no doubt. Asuka is now a MITB Winner, Survivor Series Survivor, Raw, SD, and NXT Women's Champion. Becky telling Asuka to go be a Warrior as I go be a Mother hit the heart strings.

Raw was really good last night. Love my new signature and avatar.

Raw did better than usual in the ratings. Becky's announcement in Hour 1 couldn't even get 2 million viewers which is pretty sad. But Hours 2 and 3 held the audience from Hour 1 better than usual.

Yeah the opening segment was great, the way that Asuka was clearly in character for the first portion of it and then was genuinely took back by the announcement and basically broke character. Was fitting it was Asuka she got to pass it over to aswell given the respect she has for her and the way she talks about her, very cool.

Happy for them both, but from a totally selfish perspective it sucks that she's going to be gone for so long, if not permanently. Huge shame she didn't get to go out in front of a crowd too, that pop would've been awesome and a fitting end to this awesome run.
