You don't go from Batista, Michaels, and HHH to Wade. You just don't when the streak match is the secondary attraction on the card and in recent years main attraction. Wade isn't high profile enough nor does he have the resume. Sheamus would stand a better shot. The only way they go Taker vs Barrett is if Wade gets a stable and they go BOD destroying them. They also wouldn't trust Wade with Talers body, when they want to get him through the event safely with enough for a few more years to milk.

The more logical choices are Kane, Randy, Sheamus, and HHH.

Henry if he doesn't lose the belt or Show are also better options in terms of credibility. Wade just recently got pushed but he has no resume really, they cold just as easily push Ted in the next month and have abetter back story with his daddy bring brought in.

Even Miz is more realistic since he too is undefeated at WM

If it's Takers last year (I don't believe it will be) Kane should be the one in the match with him.

Good point, I don't think Brodus will debut today again...

Why didn't Jonah be used earlier?

They really fucked shit.

NPC he's always on the Disabled List.

He came back early from rotator cuff surgery. That puts guys out for a year of recovery and rehab normally, he worked less than 5 months after in a match where Triple H never dropped him on the repaired shoulder. Wade isn't that good or smart in the ring

To keep Orton out the world title picture and given Randy is at his best right now from a in ring stand point kind of hope they do Orton/Taker.

I agree with that and it would explain why he would put the mask back on, despite the problems he has with breathing with both variations of it.

If Cena wasn't busy, he would logically be the guy who would get the green light for the match. In fact part of me still wants to see that because Cena has earned the right to be on that stage and platform,

RVD was the one who defeated Kane and made him unmask....

Could it be RVD?

I'd prefer Kane/Taker at Mania though.

Here's Cena.

So no Brodus nor Jonah. Wow.

I don't even really like Orton, but he can work his ass off now. He also has a history with Taker. I wouldn't object. I would however point out its the closest to drawing that Orton could ever do in his life though, lol

Only Cena can get punked by Rock and come out with a smile.
