Bryan isn't improving at all, he's already considered the best worker on Earth by numerous people.

Pros: Charisma, amazing, fluid mic skills that have no equal, great presence, and very good wrestling acumen, despite being slowed down by injuries

Cons: For some inexplicable reason I'll never understand, he's really dull and boring, despite possessing all the talents that should make him massively entertaining.

EDIT ~

Pros: I don't even know. That's probably the worst thing I can say about someone, I don't know what his strengths are. He hasn't been around long enough and when he is, I just don't care.

Cons: Bad mic skills. I know that much.

Chris Jericho

Pros - Jericho is one of the most all-rounded and consistent workers in the business and an unmatched mic presence.

Cons - Unfortunately he doesn't have the look or feel WWE wants as a constant main event act, although he's held many World Titles.

Pros: He is naturally charismatic and entertaining in the ring.

Cons: His gimmick gets repetitive and won't allow him to be taken seriously.

Alex Riley

Pros: Great mic skills, great charisma, and the best look in the business, in my opinion.

Cons: He's STUPID. Seriously kid, pull your head out of your ass and start sticking it in Triple H's. He could be one of the biggest stars ever, but he'll never get anywhere with all these mistakes.

Pros: Great intimidating presence solid in ring and on the mic. Gave us the Double A spinebuster!

Cons: Neck injuries.

Pros: Hard-ass old school wrestler, tough, legend

Con: Never made his mark in the WWF/E which hinders his global persona

Pro: Can get over effortlessly. No matter what the company, his spot on the card the man stays over.

Pros: Over as fuck, and creative with his use of moves

Cons: Notorious for being stiff and dangerous

Pros for Rey: Small size makes him unique and marketable for kids. Great high flyer.
Cons: Not great on the mic and is injured a lot.

Melina's pros: One of the most over Diva's in the company, great entrance one of the better in ring Diva's.

Cons: Isn't nearly as interesting when she's a face.

David Otunga.

Pros: He's not Jeff Hardy. That's the nicest thing I could possibly say about David Otunga. He has absolutely no business being anywhere near a WWE ring.

Cons: Everything. Just.....everything. With him, that's really not an exageration, he's really that bad.

Justin Gabriel

Pros: His finisher is one of the best in the business.

Cons: He doesn't really work as a heel.
