I honestly just enjoy NXT UK as long as possible until they either ruin it or cancel it.

It's the very last thing WWE has to offer that I watch anymore so it's invetable.

My same feeling, but honestly I feel like Vince forgets about NXT UK so they get to do what they want and all

I'm actually shocked it wasn't shut down during when the rebrand of NXT happened bc if I remember right they were STILL doing empty arena shows for UK and I was shocked when they announced fans would be coming back since I assumed the next announcement would be firing the roster and closing it lol

NXT UK closing would be weird for me. It means that some of the wrestlers there can go anywhere, like I would love to see Ilja in NOAH, or even Progess really, but at the same time NXT UK is the only thing WWE has that I like and isn't done wrong/stupid

Have to remember it seemed like UK were doing empty shows longer due them. Wing taped in batches so when US NXT returned with fans there was still empty UK tapings to air.

Yeah but my point is they added fans after 2.0 happened still that was the shocking part, not how long the empty arena shows lasted lol I thought the show was gonna be canned before fans ever came back

Does it get shown on regular TV in the UK at all or is it just a network show? If so, I could see them only keeping it going bc of a TV contract but if it's on the Network then idk

Yeah to my knowledge it still gets shown on BT Sports which if you think about it makes sense seeing as it gets filmed in... BT Sports Studios.

Then that would be a major if not the only reason it's still alive tbh lol hopefully BT Sports wants to renew when that contract is up

Maybe you're right yeah. Could be BT pushing for it to keep going and as long as it does it can carry on in their house.

May not even be them pushing, might have just signed a contract that has to be honored. That's the same reason Main Event is still a thing I'm convinced, bc they signed a deal with Hulu for the rights and that hasn't ended yet

If it works like the American shows, BT probably already paid for the show for x amount of episodes so they'll want those produced regardless, then they just might not renew if ratings aren't good

Or also I could be completely wrong bc this company makes next time 0 decisions that make logical sense anyway

For as long as Vinny continues to run it there will always be lots of decisions that make no sense and the rest of us just have to play the guessing game.
