Jinny just said in the most straight face "I hope everyone has a great New Year but please do not set yourself any resolutions because you WILL fail them all" :mj4

Because English speaking audiences can't invest in someone they can't understand.

You think any foreign movie star would be popular outside their target demo if they went dubbed?

There are outliers ofcourse....but let's not pretend the vast majority of the solely English speaking population don't have that myopic view.

Whys that?? Is that how drew got over, he has a broad Scottish accent .

You had a plausible sentence and in the next said there are outsiders of course. They might have the view you're right with that point.

For me they could just put a manger with him and he would get over with his in Ring Ability alone ,,his look is a throwback to a old school wrestler no fancy attire just trunks and boots, he has a great look and is just that good, he has good a good personality outside the ring aswell, it's Vince or WALTER, is he not keen on him , WALTER Not wanting to go to live in the states seems for me where this lies he could just go to AEW where tony khan has expressed a huge liking of him but as a AEW fan here's where I'm critical, they can't book " Big Guy " wrestlers good I.E Cage and Archer.

I stopped watching when they went to clip-shows the first time and only missed a couple weeks when they came back bc WALTER/Ilya brought me back in :calout

Same, I got sick of the clip shows then I heard HBK praise for the match and he was so freakin' right, was for me personally the best wwe show in any brand raw,,SD or nxt , then I was watching nxt yesterday Balor v O' Reilly gets match of the year , as good as the match was didn't come close to WALTER v ILja for me. Heck even Cole v Balor was better then that Kyle v Finn match.

Who will be the next Superstar to challenge Kay Lee Ray? Find out tonight on an all-new edition of NXT UK!

Piper Niven will square off with bitter rival Jinny, with the winner receiving an opportunity at the NXT UK Women’s Championship. The beef originated when KLR dismissed Niven’s credentials as a challenger, stating she lacked killer instinct. Niven laid Jinny out as a result, but The Fashionista wound up costing Niven victory in her Falls Count Anywhere Match against The Scary Queen of Scots this past November.

Now, Niven and Jinny will go one on one, with the winner getting a chance to finally end KLR’s dominant reign.

Additionally, recent signee Ben Carter will join Noam Dar on the latest edition of “Supernova Sessions.” The young up-and-comer was trained by Seth Rollins, who has compared the promising Carter to the likes of Eddie Guerrero and Dynamite Kid.

Don’t miss this massive showdown and Ben Carter’s arrival, today on NXT UK at 3 ET/8 GMT, streaming on the award-winning WWE Network.
