The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Shawn Michaels is not to be marketed within the WWE anymore after those close to him believe Michaels is through with professional wrestling and has no desire to return as a wrestler, on screen character or agent.

Well that sucks, but I guess it's for the best. Should he return in a non wrestling role, I have the feeling it wouldnt be long before he gets bit by the wrestling bug and he wrestles one last match, and as we have seen with the likes of Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan, that could very well tarnish his career.
