I hate when WWE makes the IC title look worthless. Why is Punk above the title? Why can't the damn belt be on the line in the match. It doesn't fucking matter that at NOC EVERY CHAMPION IS SUPPOSED TO DEFEND THE BELT, but Punk is above it. If Punk won it, it'd get some much needed credibility.
