He literally named his two kids after his real name and his wrestling name. One kid is named Thaddeus Jr and the other is named Titus.

I'm probably just gonna watch bits and pieces of it.

I think I tried watching it all one year and it was like four hours long, I think it is when Hillbilly Jim did a crazy long speech that never seemed to end.

Apparently they’re keeping it short this year. Personally I don’t mind if it’s long. I mean these damn superstars are being honored for their whole career. Let them speak for however damn long they want :lmao

Also I just found out DDP was inducted in 2017. I could’ve sworn it was earlier lol

Yeah I don't really care if guys have a long speech, I'd say let 'em go as long as they like bc you can just skip them if you don't wanna listen. But so many people think they gotta watch the whole thing and will sit there torturing themselves and complaining about someone going long that there'd be less of that with shorter, concise speeches :lol

I’m gonna pose this question to everyone: how much longer can the HoF last? I feel like they’ve already inducted almost everyone. Obviously there’s the glaring omissions like Rock, Undertaker, Vader, Bam Bam Bigelow, and Lex Luger but that’s all I can think of lol. You still have current superstars but they won’t be inducted until they retire. So do you guys think WWE will eventually just stop doing the ceremony?

Doubtful.

I think the choices will just get a little less significant. I wouldn't mind them taking a gap year, at all. Unlike TNA when they attempted it, I think WWE will likely always find some people to induct. Maybe there will just be less inductees. I feel like this year has a ton.

Also, I'm fine with long speeches depending on the guy, I just think the only reason Jim's speech didn't resonate is because I didn't really know of the guy.

Considering that literally every year when inductees are announced we get a fuck ton of "Where's this person?" and "This person is being snubbed" I think it will truck on for quite some time no problem.

Rich Hering been working for the company since Vince's dad owned it.

Have some respect.....finally a behind the scenes guy getting honored at the WWE HOF, that thing the Warrior originally suggested in his speech.
