Yeah Vader always seemed like he was on great terms with the company so idk why he hasn’t gone in yet. I feel like he would’ve been an early inductee in the mid-2000’s when the HoF was brought back. It’s really weird it’s taken this long.

Yeah for real, and this is the main reason I always yell for him to be in the Hall of Fame instead of other people. I recognize it's not a race, and they induct classes based off the overall class marketability which means you need a certain about of HOFers of each star level each year. But Vader not going in after his death is just so weird to me when he seemed to be on such good terms with them, I just assumed him dying confirmed him on the next year's HOF and WWE probably were upset he died before he was inducted because he was probably considered.....but now it's been years and it just feels so off to me.
And compared to like Bulldog, I'd say Vader is probably less deserving (at least in kayfabe) than Davey Boy, but Davey Boy wasn't one I called to be inducted every year bc I knew he would be eventually....but Vader not being in yet when he's not a huge star that needs to be saved for a headliner or something is so weird to me and it worries me more than say a bigger name not being in yet.
I think it’s ridiculous he wasn’t inducted when he announced that he had health issues and could die. Like how the fuck do you not induct someone before they die? Are you that insensitive

but Vader had a better run overall and we agreed that was more important.
