No one has said they kill their opponent off script during a worked angle in the 90s and 2000s.

As for going with it? The fans turned on her long before her shoots. The heel turn would have been done just as easily without them. She can also say she's above Becky and mean it without mentioning the script.
Uh.....didn't watch Goldberg v Nash v Sid have you?
Are you talking about the Russo shoot where Goldberg refuses to do the job? I don't think anyone liked that angle so weird example, but that still wasn't Goldberg hyping that match before it happened and saying he'd kill Nash in real life.
Fact is, she didn't say it on WWE tv. So I don't see what the problem is. She's saying something that everyone and they grandmama's know.
Also playing te most easily worked fans out there, the ones who think they know it all. And she's playing them like a fiddle.
Yeah I don't like the comments by Ronda overall, but I know it's going to draw more people in to see the Match that's smart if you have faith WWE knows what they are doing more than not. Let this new Ronda ride and see if it lights up some fire to the feud that has been lost it seems the past month or so.
As long as she doesn't mention scripts on TV I don't really have a problem with it, business been exposed for years anyway. All she gotta do is say something like "if this was the octagon you'd tap in 2 minutes" or something, same message just not outright calling wrestling fixed on TV.
Oh for sure WWE is going to pull her back in like a Wild Stallion after this, but keep her with the ability to keep this fire. I mean when Becky was working it's been I felt WWE let her do her thing, while still keeping her on track.
If she said if this was the UFC, I'd have you tapping in two minutes, I'd be fine with that.
Yeah it's pretty obvious with this and HHH's REAL promo last week that they're trying to blur the lines but so far I'm not feeling it too much. Ronda bout to get some awesome heat though so that's one plus to come out of this
She gonna get even more heat when she taps out Becky at WM.

Just the usual, logical reasons. You could face jail time, suspensions from multiple commissions, I'm sure the fines (not just from WWE) wouldn't be to nice, and the lawsuits would be pretty bad too.
