Wrestling Equipment - Where To Get It?

So, long story short, I've been wrestling in school for a while now with cheap sweatpants and converse shoes. Now I've been interested in getting into the wrestling school nearby to eventually go a little more professional and such, but I need some decent equipment. Tights, boots, pads, tape, ... but there's nothing available here and the local sewing company isn't interested in making tights because they have no experience with the fabric and didn't even wanna talk boots.

Does anyone know where to get decent quality stuff? It doesn't need to have fancy patterns or things, just need a basic outfit.

Is there also a store that personalizes? I don't need that right now but I might want something more personal when I get into actual matches. I found a few places, but none of the ones I found ship to Belgium.
