WCW Halloween Phantom
Hall's was just so crude and nasty. It was cheap. Something that mean tends to get my vote over something which is just really silly.

Went with Christmas Creature bc it don't even have any kind of drawing power outside of holiday season anyway :lmao

Jillians was so pointless tho I wouldn't be upset if it won...kinda funny that her gimmick in OVW was just that she got breast implants and then she moved up to the main roster and had that shit on her face :lmao
