1. Nitro would begin with Paul Heyman coming out from the back - and expressing his deep sadness that ECW that become financially unviable, but would make it clear that ECW was a state of mind. And it would never die - and he knew that there were members of the roster that had been signed by WCW that were loyal to ECW for life. Whilst, there were active members of the WCW - that would always be loyal to ECW! (5/5)
2. Heyman would call out Shane Douglas - and present him with the ECW Heavyweight Champion and say he was the man that would continue to be the faces of Extreme Championship Wrestling. (former champion Tommy Dreamer - had chosen not to sign with WCW). (4/5)

8. The frustrations of Nash and DDP had continue with the pair having a fall on brawl backstage, to the point where they were brutally attacking backstage staff trying to break them up. 9. Owen Hart would make his debut on WCW - and be set to team up with his brother Bret in the Main Event

5. Randy Savage would be backstage talking about his love for the GAB and that he was wrestling with an air of freedom knowing that his time in the business was almost over, only to be attacked from behind by Bret Hart being hit over the head with the world title. (4.75/5)
6. Sting def. Randy Savage - in a squash match - as Savage was not in a state to compete. (1.75/5)
7. Heyman would come out to the ring with Shane Douglas, Lance Storm, Justin Credible and Axl Rotten and reveal themselves as 'The Extremists'. Heyman would make it clear that - the door was always open and that past and present members of Extreme Championship Wrestling would be welcomed with open arms. (5/5)

9. After an epic main event - Jericho who had formerly been a member of ECW - would make it clear that all of the ECW titles were a joke - but having ECW and World Title in the same sentence was just laughable. He would end the episode by saying 'FUCK ECW!' which would would go over massively with the fans.

Bret Hart and Owen Hart would have left the ring - but Davey Boy Smith and Jim Neidhart would remain in the ring - and announce that they had found recruited two likeminded individuals to join Team WCW. The Steiner Brothers would emerge from the back and embrace with the Hart Foundation - only for for steel poles to emerge from the Steiner's sleeves that they had concealed as they would mercilessly attack Davey and Jim (The Steiners turn heel).
