I went with Mr Perfect. I think that he was the perfect IC champion and he helped make the title stronger. The Rock was a great IC champion as well but Perfect shades him in my opinion.

Top work Scott with the videos for this final vote and thanks for running this whole event.

Yeah awesome job Scott, I will be checking those out later.

This would have been another dream match if it had happened. Perfect was everything a Intercontinental Champion should be, my vote goes to Mr. PERRRfect!

Had to go for Perfect, because honestly, I'm not a fan of the Rock. I've never really been a fan. Hes had a few moments that I liked with him in it, but in my opinion, Rock shouldn't be in the finals. So, Mr. Perfect wins by default.

Don't have a problem with the Rock in the final because as far as champs after 1995 he's probably the best. He had a great IC title run. He doesn't touch Perfect though as he has been my pick the whole way, I'm just somewhat surprised others agreed with me.

On a side note would anyone be interested if I did one for the US title (last 64 champs)? or would you rather I ended it after this one?

As great as an IC champ rock was... cause his feud with Triple H and his feud with Austin over that strap made that belt huge... Perfect was the one that initially did it. His matches were just "perfect." His feud with Bret is what solidified the IC title as something that every star should strive for. Not to mention he really helped establish Bret.

Perfect gets the win as... the Perfect IC Champion.

Personally Scott I would love for you to do one on the US Title. Once again it is title which has been held by a whose who of wrestling and again has a great history. I suspect the poll would attract more old school fan, but it is something I would like.

That belt was held by Jim Duggan. Great history indeed.

I really hope that's not sarcasm.

Jim Duggan was great during his time, and far after that as well.

You serious? Jim Duggan was nothing but Eugene with a weapon.

He was comedic fodder and a piss poor worker. He only got over by reducing himself to over the top patriotism and USA chants. Nothing more and nothing less.

Yes it was :( Even though Hacksaw did hold the belt there were a lot of great US champs and I like the Idea because it goes from NWA/JCP to WCW to WWE and would have a lot of different guys and eras in it. I'm considering doing it, it would be the last 64 US champs which would start with Dick Slater in 1983 and end with Dolph Ziggler.

Well said Scott, and to spice it up maybe throw in some of the people who have held it since it became a WWE Title.

BTW I suspect that while deezy wasn't being sacastic about Jim Duggan he was about the history of the US Title history.
