Vince has wrestled and the title of the Tourney isn't greatest heel wrestler it's greatest heel.

My vote goes to Flair. I don't understand how Vince can win this, cause one of the biggest criterias should be that he is a wrestler, something Vince isn't.

That should not be a criteria at all. This is a SHOW, the non wrestling personalities have a role just like the wrestlers do. And Vince has wrestled regardless, he even won the belt. Not to mention he was in the biggest and best feud of all time.

Vince is a better heel than Flair. Flair was great but he didn't radiate douchebaggery the same way that Vince did.

Thing which some people are missing is the fact that Vince just didn't have the longivety of Flair. Yeah his heel character will go down in history for shock factor in the same mould as hollywood Hogan and he did write chapter and verse in playing it. Still Flair did it sucessfully for pretty much a whole career and unlike Vince never really got boring. Trouble with Vince is that they just recycled the same kind of storyline too often and after awhile he lost his impact.

Very happy that this was the final matchup. Ric Flair is awesome as a heel and in his prime he was great but Mr MacMahon was the best heel character wrestling has had so I went for him.

While Ric has the longevity over Vince, Vince has the longevity in impact. Vince as a heel created one of the greatest face characters of all time in Austin in what was one of the greatest and important feuds in wrestling history. Also helped drive a whole new era with the attitude era. Not to mention every authority figure vs wrestler angle will forever be compared to Vince/Austin or Vince vs whoever. So if you look at everything that was made from Vince being heel you see just how important his heel run was.

Vince was an all round better heel and was the one who had the best feud ever with Austin which whenever you ever bring up a new feud it will probably be compared to them, Steve also wouldn't of been as big as he was if Vince wasn't there, I just cant see anyone making as big as an impact that Vince did as a heel.

Vince played a very important role and it was very successful.

As revolutionary as Flair was in his heel run... Vince ushered in an entire new era. Vince was able to use his character, turn it completely heel, make it the Mr. McMahon character and from there it was off the charts. It was through the roof. McMahon created a character that you just wanted to see get beat. Mr. McMahon was first developed after Montreal, grew to massive proportions during the Austin feud and from there it just continued to grow. It was the perfect heel.
