Ok ok all jokes aside I would probably choose either Lita (back when she was with Edge, I mean that stuff was gold) or Sable...yes Sable. Most divas try to act sexy but sound stupid most of the time, but Sable actually sounds like she's horny and wants it right there.

After some of the promos I've seen of Mickie James, I'd go with her as one of the best. Of all time though, I'd say either Lita or Trish as they were always capable of grabbing my attention when they spoke.

Lita was never goodon the mic, think she would even say that. I still remember her being one of the worst colour commentators in WWE history.

Mickie was pretty impressive when she debuted in WWE during the whole Trish stalking angle and has impressed me in TNA too, still has a bit of work to do to be considered amongst the best.
