I've even seen people speculating that the technical difficulties last week were related for this reason I think that's wrong tho cause I think other countries lost the feed longer, seems like legit technical problems. Honestly, it still might've been lol. It's possible they did it but USA didn't know it was gunna happen and put it up, because that production Technical Difficulties splash screen was a USA Network, not the in-house WWE one. So unlikely, but not impossible.

Or the 9:23 part of the video was telling us to watch for it at the time on Raw and the 9.23 (date) was saying to watch SmackDown without a specific time

I think it's more likely something happens at 9:23 on smackdown as well tho, possibly a vignette playing or something

The one thing that's kinda meh is that the first QR code told us the time which did have something happen during it but it was just the same QR code I was hoping the second would be slightly different as like the next step lol but if that time of 9:23 is going to consistently be when we see stuff going forward it would make sense to establish the time early
