I'd say Rollins is or is at least close, Rusev can be and Kane shouldn't be. :

I also mentioned turning Henry heel again, so that would be another one.

Tbh I wasn't even arguing that Orton needs to turn face, but he sure as hell needs to do something to freshen up his stale ass character.

Rollins is close but he isn't at Orton and Lesnar's level yet.

Rusev can be in the future but he isn't right now.

Kane isn't anywhere near.

Kane is way past his prime and I think they realize that which is why he has the role he has now.

Kane can compete for the wwe title whenever he wants. Seth Rollins has been in the main feud. Rusev just had a segment with the rock so he's ready
