If they were smart, it would be Cody. Shouldn't even be up for debate.

However, I could see them using someone that doesn't need the rub like Lesnar, Rollins, Orton, etc.

Should be Cody or someone else who could benefit from it.

Cody Rhodes is the number 1 answer, hands down.

Bray Wyatt is also another possibility but I don't really think he even needs a title to be relevant.

Cody is the perfect choice. Strong babyface, going to be mega over for his return, good choice to win the Rumble and get the title shot. Just writes itself.

Literally the only choice for me is Cody Rhodes. He’s at the level now where he CAN be a world champ and it’s the one title he never won. It’s the reason he came back to WWE. He’s the ultimate babyface against the ultimate heel in Roman Reigns.

Oh hell yeah ! ... Although I am hoping that Jey Uso will not leave The Bloodline stable ... Besides, he can still become WWE champion in the future after Roman Reigns and without having to turn.
