I assumed he was gonna make an appearance at ER (although I'm not 100% sure that he didnt, that's just what I was told), then I assumed he was going to make an appearance on RAW, but he didn't. So, what's going on with him?

Tbh glad he didn't make an appearance at ER, the match itself was great, but I don't know where he's at
Well, I suppose WWE doesn't want Flair as a full time on-screen character alongside Evolution so they did the deal with the Shield to explain why he's not with his old buddies and remove him from the storyline for a reason.
