Speaking as someone who has lost 50kg (110lbs) in the last coup;e of years...
weight loss can have a really positive influence on your life so I have to admit
I'm totally behind Show at the moment.

Wow, Show's putting in a lot of work for his Mania match. I may not be a fan of his, but he shouldn't be retired by Shaq of all people.

Nothing against Shaq for the record.

It's just that I feel that an active wrestler (like Strowman or Corbin) who would benefit from it should do it.

I don't see the match happening to be honest.... Shaq looks good on the outside but his knees and stuff are done... That match would be awful.
