It'll get even worse and then go out of business. HHH and Stephanie have to much ego to be in charge of a company.

They will have a ressurection match at the next mania where ghost Vince battles Triple H for creative control. Vince will of course win and get his body back, and become GM of both Raw and Smackdown Live.
