Christian’s surprising appearance at WWE Royal Rumble surprised many fans, and there might be more to it than a one-off cameo.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that “Captain Charisma” is a part-timer now.

“PWInsider.com is told he will be making future appearances but as of 4 PM, was not scheduled to appear on tonight’s episode of Raw,” wrote Johnson. “The belief is he’ll be working a part time schedule.”
Per the report, WWE kept its plans for Christian a secret, and he was cleared for action a week before the pay-per-view.

It’s unclear what the future holds for the former World Heavyweight Champion, but he’s set to return again at some point soon. WrestleZone will provide more details as they become available.
