The UFC's flyweight division is kicking off quickly in 2012, and the promotion's third event on network television today received a second 125-pound affair.
UFC officials today announced that Louis Gaudinot (5-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) and John Lineker (19-5 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will meet at UFC on FOX 3.
Verbal agreements are in place for the matchup, and bout agreements are expected to be finalized shortly.
UFC on FOX 3 takes place May 5 at IZOD Center in East Rutherford, N.J. The main card airs on FOX, and prelims are expected to air on FUEL TV. Gaudinot vs. Lineker likely will be part of the prelims.
