He needs that chip on his shoulder to perform the way he does. Lots of great athletes need this kind of motivation to step up their games.

He should be crying about that awful haircut tho.

When I first read this I thought it was him crying on the day he was drafted and I can kind of understand that since it would have been an emotionally draining day. But for him to cry when remembering that day is a bit odd. The guy should be the happiest man in the world with the wife he has and all the money he has.
