I checked and when they redebuted him in 2009, he got zero fanfare and was in a random match against MVP that ended in double countout

Yeah they basically brought him in to be a lower carder which is whatever but I thought he showed enough to organically move up the card and he just went down instead

Since we're in the Impact thread I think I should draw attention to how he was in Ring Ka King

btw for you wrestling theme nerds, that was the theme used by Jessie Godderz, but slower
