This is cool and all, and I will continually praise the efforts of Don Callis and Scott D'Amore to rescue this dying ship and turn it into one of the more consistently entertaining products out there, but I do have to say that Impact doesn't need all these guys, at least not on a consistent basis. I love the idea of bringing them in for Slammiversary, since it is an anniversary show, and the way they shot this promo was genius to get people buzzing. Having said that, out of the wrestlers highlighted, the only ones I think Impact should want on a full time basis is EC3, Spud, EY and Rusev. The thing about that is, other than EY, I imagine those other 3 will all be in high demand elsewhere as well, so Impact is gonna have to work some serious magic to lock those guys down. If they can do that, brilliant. I just hope they aren't left picking the scraps in the end because getting the guys I mentioned would be a serious haul, but if you only come away with Brian Myers and Mike and Maria for example, that's gonna reinforce the idea that you're a grade below WWE, AEW, or whoever else gets the "real stars".

Having said all that, I don't like seeing all "time to watch Impact again" posts. Impact has been great in the Callis and D'Amore era. They still have their problems, like using guys who are passed their sell by date and The Undead Realm is a major turnoff for a lot of people, but their roster is uber talented. Michael Elgin, Sami Callihan, Tessa Blanchard, Daga, Rich Swann, Willie Mack, The North, The Rascalz, Ace Austin, Eddie Edwards, Taya Valkyrie, Jordynne Grace, Kylie Rae, The Crists, Chris Bey. Moose (at times). They have been well worth watching for quite some time. But if it takes some of these names from the past showing up to renew interest, I guess I can't complain about that either.

I will never lose faith. Implying you've signed guys that you haven't signed is a vintage classic TNA move, we'll see if Impact has really changed any depending on how this turned out.

Makes sense for Spud to go back to Impact(I’m still on the fence that he’s even a free agent at this point)

Can’t see anywhere else having that much interest in him.

I'm gone two Weeks and the Pot is being stirred with talent possibly coming to Impact. Spud and EC3 would be major helps if it turns out that way. When talent like The North, Tessa etc come back, Impact will be looking pretty good as I catch up on two weeks of TV for Impact. Big congrats to Deonna Purrazzo getting signed by Impact. She has the tools in the Ring to be a Champion, she just needs to find that personality and let it come out for her. I hope they have a plan for her, unlike their so called plan for Tenille(Emma). Still that Knockouts Division is really deep right now and I'm enjoying it, just need a few more maybe scoop up Thunder Rosa and now we have a party.

I love how they involved Bully Ray, Chris Sabin, Kurt Angle, Sting and James Storm as former TNA Champions which is true. As well as added Leo Rush in the new video promo package.

Holy shit, an absolute iconic voice in wrestling. Didn't recognize his name but as soon as it said he'd provided voice overs I knew exactly what his voice sounded like. RIP.

I just saw the news on my Twitter Timeline wow I can't believe he's gone. So many times I remember hearing his voice representing Impact and that voice truly carried with honor and grace. RIP Barry Scott he's crossed the line:mjcry

Another sad passing from Impact's past, Puppet the Psycho Dwarf. :mjcry

I'm not even going to reference his "famous moments", it'd just be disrespectful to him.

And two more ex-TNA stars appear in WWE: Terrence and Terrell, Devon's sons, appeared on the most recent SmackDown. They were best known for their appearances in 2011-2012 as part of Devon's feud with the Pope

So how is y'all's Impact Plus subscription going after that update lol bc mine still wouldn't accept any payment methods through Google Play (which is what my WWE Network subscription is through too) so I flat out canceled the whole thing to see if I could just resubscrube when they told me it was the last day of my access. Well that was like last Thursday, but I just opened the app and I can still watch everything :lol
