Stables that use the freebird rule were solely tag teams specialists.

Hence the rule, name dropping factions makes no sense because all were trying to claim their own glory.

Oh and the Wolfpack ('outsiders and syxx) did it in wcw.

That wasn't my argument. My argument was they didn't always enact Freebird Rule with or without second titles and I listed several that didn't have second titles and didn't get to enact the Freebird Rule.
