Also, wouldn't any type of law like that technically be illegal? Because if I remember correctly in the constitution you can't make a law/s that target one specific group

not only that

it's a law that allows the death penalty on majority votes instead of unanimous. it's literally allowing for convictions not to be unanimous when it comes to KILLING someone, even though in the court of law, you need a unanimous verdict of guilt. how this is even constitutional in any way is beyond me. You're basically allowing it so you can be killled for being "probably, mostly guilty". there is already too many wrongful death penalty convinctions. they are making it easier to kill people, and making it so you can charge people for drag shows under sex crimes towards children, which u can now be sentenced to death for. this is more than a little concerning, this is setting up courts to be able to emprison and kill trans and drag folks

Why become a better party when you can just seize power by force and ignore results. This is happening in Georgia . Maybe you should get a gun in the end and i was wrong, you might need it for the actual revolution
