I like everything but the Matt text. That really ruins this piece for me. The blending, color selection, layout is great but that text has got to go.

I have to agree with SNACKZ on this one. Everything but the text, especially the placement (too close to the psd), is nice work. I can really feel the idea of the text, but in the end it's just not good enough, sorry. It brings it down a little, overall.
