I agree. It's a damn shame the Raiders can't win shit. The team needs a huge overhaul after the season.

I wish the Autumn Wind would come along and blow Josh McDaniels from the Raider sideline to the unemployment line.

It's not happening this year. The Raiders are already paying the previous regime, and the new regime hasn't had a chance to build their team yet they're still cooking with the the other regimes groceries.

This team was built to win now. This is all on idiot Davis, he of the Heaven's Gate cult haircut. They won last year and Bisaccia did an amazing job guidng this team (along with Mayock) through some very rough waters. Last year should have been a disaster with all that went down. But instead we got something surprisingly special. Also, MD should never have re-hired Gruden in the first place.

oh the Gruden move was shit and always was shit. And I was surprised Bisaccia didn't get the job too. I had expected McDaniels to not get another shot after he backed out of the Colts job. Just don't know if you can give up 1 year in.

Yep. 10 years/$100 mil. Here's an interesting stat. Btween 1960-2021 (62 seasons), the Raiders blew 5 17+ point leads. In the first 8 games this year they blew 3 17+ point leads. Can't help but wonder if the players have quit on McDaniels already? The only thing in McDaniels defense is that 6 of their 7 losses have been by a TD or less. P.S. - I've figured out Russell Wilson's problem...the guy has no protection!
