Arthur Smith's father founding FedEx is such an interesting anecdote ( remember hearing about it a few years ago but forgot about it). I mean lord knows dude doesn't need to work a day in his life most likely, or at the very least had a high-paying office job available but instead scratches and claws his way through football coaching to be an NFL Head Coach.
