I'm conflicted to watch tonight's game. I hate both the Lakers and the Nuggets, especially after this year's NBA Finals. So I don't necessarily care to see all the ra-ra with the ring ceremony in Denver

Suns and Warriors I don't necessarily ~mind~ watching but dang, I can't wait until tomorrow's Heat game

15 years ago, 20-16 would be an "end of 1st quarter" score, particularly on opening night when teams aren't at their best cohesively. That's the score midway through the 1st in this Lakers @ Nuggets game.

No time's been added to the clock, but two things have determined this:
- Offense is catered to more than defense in the modern-day
- Stephen Curry changed the game with the 3-point shot

The only person who can stop Wemby is Wemby with 5 fouls this game lol... he's hitting 3-pointers in front of defenders like he's wide open.

And without using up another post, I'm so glad Miami snuck by the Pistons, who I touted a surprise playoff team coming into this season. Cade Cunningham looks like he made the jump.
