Yankees DFA'd Aaron Hicks today. They owe him roughly $30 over the next 2.5 seasons but they're eating it. They traded for reserve/Minor League outfieilder Greg Allen yesterday.

Dude was a fucking stud until 2019 when he played through a surgery needing injury and was never able to get back to his prior form. Good guy who had 3 good years with the Yankees then a couple injury/ineffective ones. Hope he rebounds elsewhere.
