People know that they need a legitimate reason for a restraining order to be granted--I know that too, by the way--and often times people will make stuff up in order to get one. I've known of people personally who have done this. Plus, you see it on Judge Judy all the time, which we all know is the final word on everything. Okay, maybe not...
