File > Export As (PNG or GIF) > Imgur.

PNG looks better than GIF format, so I'd recommend that. If you also want to learn how to insert GIF's in to your work, this is the Photopea guide:


You can even resize your GIF's when you insert them in. It's pretty neat. Then I just add a border around it.
