A Match Made in Heaven, A Match Made in Hell​

It's 1991 in the World Wrestling Federation and the events of WrestleMania VII are still reverberating through the landscape as we head into the annual Summer spectacular!

After defending the pride of the USA against Sgt. Slaughter and his nefarious allies General Adnan and Colonel Mustafa at WrestleMania, WWF Champion Hulk Hogan has remained unable to shake the villainous foreign faction for good. The mounting coming from the terrible trio has left Hulk Hogan with no option but to ally with a man with whom he has a very checkered past - The Ultimate Warrior. It will be a 2-on-3 handicap match in the main event as Hogan and Warrior join forces to battle Slaughter, Adnan and Mustafa to put an end to the struggle once and for all!

While The Match Made in Hell is the main event match-up of the evening, the true main event of the night will be the wedding of Macho Man and Miss Elizabeth, known as The Match Made in Heaven. Following a tumultuous past couple of years, Mach and Elizabeth were finally reunited following Savage's loss to The Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania VII, which cost him his WWF career. Unable to stand idly by while Sherri attacked the dejected Macho Man, Elizabeth hit the ring and chased off the villainous Sherri to become reunited with her longtime love. Tonight, they tie the knot in front of the WWF faithful in Madison Square Garden!

Elsewhere on the card, we see a long-awaited battle between Ted DiBiase and Virgil for the Million Dollar Championship, Bret Hart challenging Mr. Perfect for the Intercontinental Championship, The Big Bossman taking on The Mountie in a match in which the loser must spend the night in jail, and a WWF Tag Team Title match where The Nasty Boys will defend against The Legion of Doom, among several other battles!
