I've been trying to change my forum skin for a while but every time I click on the Skin Change thing, all it does is turn off the shout box. Please change my skin to Black_Ice and turn my shout box on.

That should have never been taken out of the rules. I remember there was like 4 threads in a single day on the shoutbox not being there.
Mat I logged in on your account and your skin is Black Ice for me. Is this problem still happening for you?
Yes it is. I guess Firefox messes up the skins.
