Update On Stu Grayson-AEW
Another name is out of All Elite Wrestling, for now, at least as far as talent in the company have heard.
AEW sources have indicated that Stu Grayson's AEW deal has expired, and he's technically a free agent, which is why he was removed from the AEW roster page along with Marko Stunt, Joey Janela and Jack Evans. Many online speculated that it was in error, but we're told that's not the case.
Talent that we've spoken to say that All Elite Wrestling had offered a new deal and wanted to retain Grayson, but that terms were not reached by May 1 and the deal expired. Those that we've spoken to don't believe that the door is closed on a potential return.
Grayson last wrestled at the April 27 tapings for AEW Dark Elevation, which aired May 2. He won a twelve man tag team match with his fellow Dark Order members.

So they have not come to terms as of this time, but AEW are still interested and the door isn't closed. interesting development.

They better come to a new deal. Evil Uno and the Smash Brothers unit as a whole deserve better than this imo.

They do and I was kind of hoping they could have been big dogs in ROH at least. sucks they never got a run with the titles but i also see a lot of teams id crown before them now, so its tricky. ROH i felt was a place where they could maybe breathe some new life into the team itself.

Uno wont leave, he does a lot backstage, works for the games division and does a bunch of youtube hosting content. still. a bummer

ROH is a good shout. As much as e all love Brodie, the moment he came in the duo as a tag team lost all focus.

I’d love to see them go to ROH and make Dark Order have footholds in both and let them have a legit tag team run.

I think the writing was on the wall for them too once they signed ReDragon. there's just too many super top tier tag teams and only one pair of titles. they run long reigns and if your going to back to vets you probably go red dragon, pnp or bucks again. if you want to go young i think you HAVE to go The Acclaimed. so they were kind of stuck in that "best of the lower card teams" stigma

yeah brodie got them over BUT...then the passed away and they HAD to be faces instead of lovable jobbers who were abused. and then once the hangman arc ended they didnt know what to do with DO again. They also didnt want a new leader, which i get, but that left them even more directionless. its a bummer because 1) i think SSB deserved even a transitional run and 2) Jonny Hungee should probably be more featured. I get 10 is the guy they want to push long term, but hes over a.f

He's arguably the best member in the stable and his dynamic with Jay is hilarious. I hope he re-signs.

I personally think Uno is the most well rounded worker in the stable but Stu was the most athletic and the best technical guy they had for sure. I just love Uno's mannerisms and selling.

I hope he re-signs as well but he's, sadly, the least over member of DO :(
