I say it is hero. Think about it for a second. The guy outright failed his entry wellness test and they waited a month or so to let him retake it. They brought him in to video package hype, put him in the next opening, and put him over as the KO guy on their roster. Then he got fat, they put him in a singlet, took him off TV for life events. They then put him back on TV and he came late reportedly to a taping before being fired.

Hell hero even had punk saying put him in the shield, he deserved it meoe than reigns did, by punks own mission, not for his developmental work but because of his past in the indies.

I think he rubbed trips about as wrong as the original Mistico and Kong when it came to failed signings he made, which is why you see him now being much more selective with Itami, Balor, and Owens

Why wouldn't CM Punk push for Hero after their hour long lovefests in IWA-MS? Remember, PSYCH friendship lasts forever . I'll take the rest of your points though.
