Yeah i was just reading about this, I don't see it going anywhere honestly. I'm a fan of the guy, but he's not going to get a rematch anytime soon if at all.

Man this is insane. The knee was thrown with "bad intentions." Really? Was he supposed to throw the knee with good intentions? Was he supposed to try to throw a knee softly? The knee was 100% legal. I mean nobody said anything when Rashad threw a brutal knee to Tito's chest when he was down... but oh no Chael took a knee to the chest when he was down. Tito took the loss like a man.

This is actually... sad. He doesn't deserve a rematch unless he works his way back up.

I thought the funniest part was his trainer saying "Oh we have to watch Silva before and during the fight". Im pretty sure it was YOUR fighter who got caught doping after the first fight.

He'll probably have to fight, Bisping again, winner of Munoz-Weidman, Brian Stann and maybe even Hector Lombard before there's any talks about a third fight between the two.

With that being said, I do think he'll eventually get another shot. Don't think it'll happen anytime soon though, maybe he'll even deiced to drop down to welterweight where he can use his wrestling skills in a wrestling heavy division.

I agree send him back to the bottom. If he does make his way back up to fight Silva a third time, or if he gets his rematch I'm sure Anderson Silva wouldn't mind knocking him out for a second time, and making it three straight against Chael Sonnen.

Chael would be better suited dropping down to welterweight cause he is gonna have a while to wait for another title fight.

Silva won't accept the fight anyway. He'll try to dodge it. He only fights guys he knows he can beat.

You fans almost find as many excuses as the man himself, I swear.

Fact of the matter is that Silva is still the champion, and beat Sonnen clean in a dominating second round. Sonnen is just pissed cause he made himself look like the ass clown untalented piece of scum he is by flopping harder on that spinning backfist then the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals. Get over it, he lost he's not better then Silva. PERIOD.

Both times got lucky.

First fight... yeah he pulled that out of his back pocket at the last second.

But how in the world did he get lucky in the second fight? Round 2 was ALL SILVA! I dunno how one can be lucky by clearly finishing someone off via TKO the way he did. Looked more like skill to me.

Slim I'll agree that the first fight he got lucky and got the submission. But there's no plausible explanation to how he got "lucky" second time around.

People just want to find a reason to hate on Silva. That's all. The guy is just far too talented... except when it comes to takedowns against an elite wrestler. But people just wanna hate.
