They made management changes and lost their 3 big names what happens when they restructure fully?

How can they not? They simply make changes. They've done it tons of times before while producing a live TV show

As I said previously look what happened the last time they made changes.

Sure, they lost some names and that could hurt them. It doesn't doom them to complete destruction with no chance at all of rebuilding

They fucked it up and didn't get them to contracts quickly enough and flat out disrespected and undervalued their talent.

They have new owners and different people running it who are completely capable of learning from the mistakes of the people before them
